This policy covers the contact form on smartcrm.llc, which is the only place this site collects personal information. The site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the topic you pick, your name, email address, the product you name (if any), and your message.

How we use it

We use it only to read and reply to your message. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

How it is handled

Your message is sent as an email to our inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. The site does not store submissions in a database. Your IP address is held briefly in server memory to limit repeated submissions and is not saved. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may keep standard server logs.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence in our email for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up.
